Intro & New Features

The new CCM Axis F9 Intermediate Goalie Leg Pads are new to the 2024 season. These pad feature a per-curved single inner, no outer break which maximizes stiffness and coverage. The pad is also constructed of an open cradle with removable knee cradle wrap and an HD raised flat edge design which allows for optimal interactions and performance with knee pads. Available in sizes 30-32", all with the option for a 1".

External Material

These pads are constructed of a solid material giving a clean design and better durability. Paired with it is the DRS (dynamic response system), the HD one-piece landing zone is built for excellent seal and stability to move with power and speed, with enhanced impact absorption to keep you focused on that next save.

Internal Construction

The internal components of these leg pads feature a speed channel inner sliding zone. The tapered inset channel with a flat outer wing allows for enhanced slideability with added stability. Additionally, it has Litecore technology, which is a very lightweight core built for powerful rebounds. It also has a HD raised flat inside edge design that maximizes seal and stability for powerful cross-crease movements.

Boot Angle & Toe Taper

The 90° with shallow channel with a new offset hyrbid toe elastic system comes with an enhanced range of motion and connectivity for power pushes courtesy of a new skate lace and elastic system.

Knee Cradle

The open cradle with a removable knee cradle wrap allows for optimal interaction and performance with the knee pads.

Strapping

The strapping system features the shallow loose fit with quick motion strap system 2. The strategic strapping is built for optimal leg positioning and pad rotation with new adjustability.

Pad Break

The pad break on the F9 leg pads features the pre-curved single inner and no outer break, which maximizes stiffness, coverage and butterfly closure.

Sizes & Colors

The CCM Axis F9 Intermediate Goalie Leg Pads are available in sizes 30 1" - 32 1". They are also available in a variety of colors such as White/Black, White/Navy, and White.
