This disc-shaped sterling silver English medal fob is elegant and in lovely condition. A nicely modeled applied rose gold shield sits at the center of the medal, bordered by a scaled pattern and hand engraved with the initials "DS." The back of the medal is engraved with the personal inscription "St N. & D.J.L 1923-1924 Runners Up." This fob will make a sophisticated statement worn on one of our Ancient Influences married chains.

The medal is hallmarked for Birmingham, sterling silver and the year 1923. It bears the maker's mark "T.F" for prolific silver smith Thomas Fattorini.
